Terms & Conditions - the basics

1. Services

We provide residential and/or commercial cleaning services as agreed at booking. The details will be confirmed in writing.

 

2. Access & Appointments

You must provide safe access at the scheduled time. If we can’t enter the premises, a missed appointment fee may apply. We will Refuse to do the service if our staff 

 

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are in £, include tax, and must be paid immediately After completion and a 50% deposit will be taken prior (deposits are non refundable)

 Accepted payment methods: cash/card/bank transfer

 

4. Cancellations

You may cancel or reschedule with 24-48 hours notice. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full.

 

5. Satisfaction

Let us know within 24–48 hours if you’re unsatisfied. We may return to resolve the issue at no extra cost.

 

6. Client Responsibilities

Please:

  • Provide accurate information

  • Remove valuables or fragile items

  • Secure pets and ensure a safe environment

 

7. Staff Safety & Liability

Our staff is trained and insured. They reserve the right to refuse or stop service if they feel unsafe or threatened.
We are not liable for pre-existing damage, unsecured items, or normal wear and tear.

 

8. Health & Safety

We reserve the right to refuse service if the property is unsafe or unsanitary.

 

9. Unexpected Events

We are not responsible for delays due to events beyond our control (e.g., illness, extreme weather).
